Photographed on 35mm motion picture film with an Eyemo, these motion studies of the skateboarder Corey Duffel are meant to blur the still and moving image. After making still photographs of skaters I felt like I wanted to show the importance of the physical details of their art - the way they hold their hands and bend their shoulders; the slight turn of the foot. Their style is in their movement.
